New research proves that sport keeps you young.
An US-study with mice shows that sport is an effective way against aging- the results are applicable to human beings.
Sport obviates premature aging. Even mice which genetically tend toward faster aging, remain fit and active when staying in motion, as US scientists demonstrate.
Running three times a week for 45 minutes kept the mice more active, they looked younger and they even lived longer than their unfit conspecifics. The effect was that strong, that the aging speed of the genetically modified animals were practically not distinguishable from the unmodified mice.
